A little more..
“To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people just exist.” – Oscar Wilde
On a personal level, I have been happily married to my wonderful and
handsome husband, Will, for 26 years and counting. My two adult sons are
truly the joys of my life. My experience as a Chaplain’s Assistant in the U.S.
Navy has been pivotal to my professional development, exposing me to a
diverse range of individuals and backgrounds that provided countless
opportunities for growth and learning.
Academically, I began my journey at a community college, where I earned an
associate’s degree in psychology. I then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree
in Psychology, graduating summa cum laude. Following that, I obtained a
master’s degree in social work (MSW) and went on to earn my clinical license,
enabling me to diagnose and treat various mental health disorders. Currently,
I am a PhD student in Social Work.
Professionally, I have gained experience in diverse roles, some of which are as
a school social worker, mental health skill builder, therapeutic day treatment
specialist, hospital discharge planner, program manager, supervisor, military
therapist, public speaker, and CEO. I aim to draw from these experiences in
our collaborative partnership.

Supervisor Services
I offer professional supervision for licensed clinical social workers (LCSWs) seeking to enhance their practice and meet their professional development goals. With a focus on fostering a supportive learning environment, I provide guidance, feedback, and resources to help LCSWs navigate complex cases, improve their clinical skills, and adhere to ethical standards.
My supervisory approach is tailored to each individual’s needs, emphasizing reflective practice, skill development, and the integration of theoretical knowledge with real-world application. Together, we will explore various aspects of clinical work, including assessment, intervention strategies, and self-care practices.
By engaging in regular supervision sessions, LCSWs can gain valuable insights, build confidence in their abilities, and ultimately provide higher quality care to their clients. I am committed to supporting the professional growth of social workers as they continue to make a positive impact in the field.
